EXPLORING

Prior to the starting college, I didn't realize how much I loved to travel and explore. When I was little, I dreaded family trips because I was always too young to do anything that I thought looked fun. I fell in love with traveling in the Summer of 2015 as I was working in Singapore. On the weekends, I flew out to other Southeast Asian countries. I loved meeting new people and having conversations that lasted forever. I loved gaining a new appreciation for things that I'd seen as merely commonplace before. Most of all, I loved feeling like I would never run out of new things to do and try in a day. Of course, I can't be flying out to other countries every weekend anymore, but I still love to go on mini adventures, whether it be to another state or just fifteen minutes off campus.
